Our peptides are provided in lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder form in sterile, vacuum vials.  This method of preparation maintains the integrity and effectiveness of the peptides.   Because they are in powder form, they will need to be reconstituted with bacteriostatic (BAC) water.

For reconstitution of the lyophilized powder, we recommend using Bacteriostatic Water (AKA BAC Water), which can be purchased with our peptides.  Bacteriostatic water is the standard for multiple dose vials.

We are open to special requests, and want to make sure we are offering the best options for researchers.  Please contact us with your requirements, as we have cultivated a network that allows us access to a wide array of products.

At this time, Pepolution is focused on the US markets.  We are committed to ensuring that orders are completed in a quick and efficient manner.  

Orders will be processed and shipped within 24 hours.  We understand how important fast delivery of supplies is to research, and we hold ourselves to the highest standards.

We set high expectations for our product purity.  Our single molecule products typically meet or exceed expected standards of >98% by HPLC analysis.  Often they are even higher, at 99%.  We will not release any product that we do not have a Certificate of Analysis (COA) for, and /or fails to meet our standards.

Our products are exclusively marketed for and designed for use in academic laboratory research settings.  None of our products are intended for diagnostic or therapeutic applications in humans.

Ordering

  • Please make sure you have ordered the correct items and quantity wanted. 
  • Confirm that your contact information and shipping address is correct.
  • Once your order has been placed and shipped there are no changes or cancellations.
  • There are no returns or exchanges.
  • Pepolution is no longer responsible once a shipment is in the hands of the carrier.  If you want to insure your order from loss or damage beyond the normal carrier insurance value of $100, please add the appropriate insurance during checkout. 

Cancellations

  • Please email, call, or text if you would like to initiate a cancellation. Once a product is shipped it can no longer be cancelled.  Email:  info@pepolution.com  Call/Text: 866-774-1027

Shipping

  • Packages are shipped via UPS ground or USPS Priority.  Primary shipping method is UPS.   If you prefer a particular carrier, please include a note on the order or text us to let us know.
  • USPS is shipped via Priority Mail
  • UPS are sent ground by default.  2nd day air is also available for an additional fee.   We do ship to AK and HI, but it would be a higher cost for 2nd day air.  However, that option is available in checkout.
  • Most orders ship the same or next day. There may be a delay during holidays or weekends.
  • Pepolution makes every effort to make sure you order is packed well for shipping, and will assist whenever possible in resolving issues.  However, once your order is filled and the package is in the hands of the carrier, it is out of our responsibility.  Whether shipped via USPS or UPS, every package comes with $100 automatic carrier insurance.  If your order is more than that, and you would like to insure it against loss or damage, we now have the option of adding insurance to your order.  Please choose what insurance level you desire, and we will make sure that it is added when shipping your order.  If your order was damaged during transit, and a claim is initiated with the carrier – they reserve the right to inspect the shipping box and contents.  Therefore, you will need to retain those things until the claim is resolved.  If your order is more than $1000, and you would like to insure it – please contact us to have that insurance cost calculated.
